ABOUT LODGE 63
"The Hendersonville Lodge was created to support the efforts of Hendersonville Police Department Officers"
We, the members of the Hendersonville Lodge 63 in the State of Tennessee, as representatives and delgates of the lodge in this city, do hereby gather together for the following purposes:
To support and defend the Constitution of the United States, and the State of Tennessee, to inculcate loyalty and allegiance to the United States of America; to promote and foster the impartial enforcement of law and order; to improve the individual proficiency of our members in the performance of their duties; to encourage social, charitable and educational activities among all law enforcement officers; to advocate and strive for uniform application of the Civil Service and merit system for all law enforcement officers; to create a tradition of espirit de corps insuring fidelity to duty under all conditions and circumstances; to cultivate a spirit of fraternalism and mutual helpfulness among our membership and the people we serve; to increase the efficiency of the police profession and thus more firmly establish the confidence of the public in the service that is dedicated to the protection of life and property.

The Hendersonville Lodge was created to support the officers of the Hendersonville Police Department and to invest its efforts in attaining an environment that is beneficial to the lives of a police officer and their family. The Hendersonville Lodge will stand firm for the officers that it represents and do what it necessary to further the causes that are deemed important by its members.
/ Unity Among Police

Whereas the primary duties of the lodge fall to support the officers of the Hendersonville Police Department, it is the position of the lodge to support any law enforcement officer with any need that the Hendersonville Lodge may be capable of accommodating.

/ Community
The members of the Hendersonville Lodge consist of Police who inherently want to support the community. Due to this fact, it is important to the members of the Hendersonville Lodge to participate in programs and events that help to better the community.
OUR HISTORY

/ Our Roots
The Hendersonville Lodge was reorganized in November of 2013 and consisted of 24 members of the Hendersonville Police Department. The Lodge was stimulated for growth and advancement in May of 2014 and added additional members as well as public support. The lodge began investing time in community projects to promote additional safety measures for the children in Sumner County Schools and laid the foundation of the lodge so that future members could continue creating an environment where the officers and the community would benefit.

The Hendersonville Lodge is modeled after the Grand Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police. The functions of the Hendersonville Lodge are consistent with what is expected from a subordinate lodge to the Grand Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police. The primary concerns of the Hendersonville Lodge is its member's needs.

The Hendersonville Lodge has a strong focus on growth in its members and support from the Hendersonville Community. The Hendersonville Lodge will continue lobby for support from our local government as well as the citizens of the City of Hendersonville in hopes that we can provide the officers of the Hendersonville Police Department with all the tools and security needed to complete their jobs effectively.
